The month of May is upon us and here at Hope Clinic, we are in a season of trust!  We have trusted the Lord to direct us during our leadership transition as both Andrea Naff, our new Executive Director of Operations, and Vicki Northcutt, our new Executive Director of Development, step into their roles to co-lead the clinic along with Medical Director Dr. Anna Rusk.  All of these ladies covet your prayers as they seek the Lord's will and guidance to keep moving the clinic forward and providing compassionate, quality healthcare for our patients.

 

We are also trusting the Lord to fill a big need within our clinic!  Dr. Rusk, our only paid Staff Physician, will be taking maternity leave from August through November and we are currently accepting applications for a temporary, paid, part-time Family Physician/General Practitioner (MD or DO).  Please help us spread the word and we cannot wait to share the story of how we know the Lord will provide!  Job description appears on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. While we are so very thankful for the volunteers that continue to join our mission, we are also trusting that the Lord will bring us more Spanish-speaking Translators and Patient Advocates to pray with our patients and share community resources.  If you or someone you know might be interested, please check out our Volunteer Webpage to get started.

 

And finally, we are thrilled to report that the Lord has brought Sarah Ortiz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, as the newest member of our team, serving our patients as our paid Nurse Practitioner.  Read more about Sarah and our whole team here.

Volunteer Appreciation!

Recently, we've had several offers from local companies that wanted to honor our hard-working volunteers with a free lunch or afternoon treat!  

 

These offers got us thinking that perhaps there are other companies, civic or church groups that are looking for similar ways to say thanks to those who volunteer their time and talents to care for those with healthcare needs.  Our volunteers work really hard and we are so thankful to have others
