Hope Clinic of McKinney is a free medical, vision, and behavioral health clinic serving low-income, uninsured Collin County, Texas families.
We share the love of Christ by partnering with our community to provide quality, compassionate health care administered by both paid, and volunteer, licensed, medical professionals.

*  PLEASE NOTE:  These Specialist services are for established patients who receive an internal referral from one of our providers.  Our Specialist Care Program has limited availability and wait lists can be lengthy.

Our first priority is to the residents of Collin County and patients experiencing homelessness.

No medical coverage

Hope Clinic provides non-urgent, primary care to the uninsured. To qualify, a patient may not be covered by any other health insurance or medical assistance program.

Within Income Guidelines

Annual household income must be at or below the 200% Federal Poverty Level guidelines.

Our Hours 

Mondays through Fridays:  8:30 am to 5 pm
Third Saturday of Each Month:  10 am to 3 pm

(Closed weekdays from 12:00 to 1:00 pm for lunch.)

New Patient Enrollment now open on Mondays from 10 am to noon; 2 to 4 pm.  This is enrollment only and not a medical visit.
